Why only Musharraf ?

Pakistan's President Musharraf salutes as he leaves the Elysee Palace in Paris

Look into the historical events from Islam to other religions, from state to politics and from an individual to the collective crowd “FIGHT FOR RIGHT” has always been the most difficult task since the birth of men.

I do not say that Pakistan is the only country who is suffering the hard rocks over here and where instability exist albeit there are a lot of other undeveloped countries who are breathing last but Pakistan was never created to be died and routed away. Pakistan was created with the determination and enthusiasm by the nation that is why even in these sorrows and griefs Pakistan is still among the top 100 countries who live happily where as USA and India are among the 150′s.

The happier, relaxing and safe days were more enjoyed not deliberately but naturally before the recent five years. Yes, No one is unaware of the name who is among the biggest appreciated names in the list today, that is GENERAL RETIRED PERVEZ MUSHARRAF and the ex-officio as a President Of Pakistan.

But why is he so famous all over the world but not in the country where he served for 10 years. Why not we hate him and support him? Should we support a dictator? Should a traitor be famous among the nation? Should a person be famous and supported who has the allegation of the assassination of BENAZIR BHUTTO? but we never mind the Zardari’s being Bhutto just to run the party by shooting on the shoulders of Bhutto name and getting votes of the people?

Why should we stand with the person who is responsible for killing so many SO CALLED INNOCENT TALIBAN’S with hand grenade, latest weapons, bombs, suicidal jackets on them, Kalashnikov additionally all weapons in a Mosque? Why a person be famous while he had broken the written constitution and loud law for the sake of practical safety and security of Pakistan?

Just analyze on your own and let your minds and brains breath on their own without the political incubators.

The lawyers and the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Choudhry is openly taking revenge from Pervez Musharraf claiming that he has done tasks beyond the law no matter if the nation dies so let them die but the judiciary can not afford to let the law breaker rule.

If this is the picture so Pervez Mushrraf should be hang to death If protecting the nation is a crime, If breaking the theoretical bogus constitution for the sake of national welfare is a crime, If doing operation in there where a lot of future Taliban’s would be growing up is a crime, If bringing the educational graph and economy among the 11 top countries, If looking into the eyes of enemies while pampering the nation like a parent pampers their kids is a crime. So Pervez Musharraf should be hanged in this way no one in future would dare to commit to bring security, prosperity, welfare, success, economical, social, political stability, jobs and education for Pakistan.

Law implements only on common people

As we all know the current situation of Karachi, city of lights turns into the city of target killing and bomb blasts.Terrorist are roaming freely in the city.

According to the law and order situation of Karachi, Police department get into action and Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP) Karachi, Ghulam Shabbir Shaikh ordered action against vehicles using revolving blue lights and fancy number plates illegally, and said that such vehicles should be impounded.

Police department gives 15 days ultimatum to citizens to remove revolving blue lights , tinted glasses and fancy number plates from their vehicles, After that serious they will be charged under terrorist act.

It is verified from the Motor Registering Authority Karachi that “The government was not providing the standard registration plates that are being used today. They started it for motorcycles registered in 2012″. By taking the benefit of old registered motorcycles before 2012 police are creating trouble by stopping citizens at every check point. They ask for Rs50 or Rs100 (CHAI PANI) just because of their personalized number.

Those police officers and traffic sergeants who are enforcing penalties on citizens they don’t even have helmet and number plate.

Now the question that raises in my mind ” Law is only for citizens, Not for lawmakers ? “

Security threat & upcoming elections ..

TTP

All major political and religious parties have shown rare unity to call on the country’s election commission to ensure fair, transparent and accessible general elections.

On the other hand Ehsanullah Ehsan, the TTP spokesperson has claimed that the government didn’t show seriousness about negotiations with the Taliban. TTP several times offered government and LEA’s to have a talk.Several parties organized some conferences to have a talk with TTP but never showed their efforts. Given that the TTP offer of talks coincided with a wave of militant violence, it never really appeared to be a meaningful offer.

Just after the government and LEA’s failed to agree with TTP, Ehsanullah Ehsan’s warning to the public to stay away from electoral activities because the TTP had already made it clear that it regards elections as un-Islamic and that it will target SECULAR politicians during the campaign. Just after the threat from TTP, both candidates and voters are on target in different areas such as Fata and some parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Punjab and Karachi.

TTP spokesperson said, “Voters must stay at home”.

At one side the Supreme Court and ECP orders LEA’s to provide security for voters and election commission staff, but both Supreme Court and Government have failed to control the law and order situation in Pakistan.

The Pakistani nation and its people can’t be held hostage by the terror tactics of TTP. I agree that the offer for talks was just a cunning political ploy. The Pakistani army should beat them to the mountains and keep them busy there.

The people should get activated and make civic social security arrangements to assess the army and the care taker government.Time has come to hit hard the murderers of innocent people. The army has the will and expertise to tackle this menace. Election commission has already asked the army to help in fair election.

Law enforcement agencies are also on the target of TTP. Now the scene has changed dramatically, common people were relying on them but now they need some protection as well.

Delimitation | Why only Karachi ?

Karachi – The city of lights is now under the darkness of terror and fear and the only possible way to restore the brightness of the city is to give the power to the ones who own it, regardless of their political or ethnical background.

Karachi has 20 National Assembly and 42 provincial assembly seats.Delimitation of 11 out of these 20 NA seats in Karachi just after the announcement of election is unconstitutional and undemocratic and equivalent to pre-poll rigging. Delimitation is not only against the order of Supreme Court of Pakistan but also against the law. SC ordered delimitation to curb the violence in the metropolis, however, the constituencies which have been re-drawn have a very distant correlation with the statistics of violence.

On December 26, 2012, Chief election commissioner (CEC) Justice (retd) Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim had said that the delimitation of the constituencies should not be conducted until a new census is held. He further said that he thought that the delimitation had been done accordingly after the census of 1998 and everyone should accept it. He also commented that it was not a time for new delimitation until a census was held again

Then why this sudden decision was taken in moments of midnight? Was there any pressure on Election Commission to take this unconstitutional decision? Sure does seem so.

Altaf Hussain and MQM have strongly protested against this  decision and MQM has filed a petition in Sindh High Court (SHC) as of March 25, 2013. The petition was filed by MQM leaders Farooq Sattar and Farogh Naseem.
